Law Society Tour

Tours at university are one of the best ways to meet new people, escape the ‘Warwick bubble’ and make memories. Our aim is to host an accessible, affordable and, with your help, INCREDIBLE tour.
The Warwick Law Society tour welcomes all members and non-members. We will host a pre-tour social to build-up excitement and allow you to meet other tour-goers.

DOMESTIC TOUR 2018

NEWCASTLE

DATE: 5TH - 7TH NOVEMBER

It’s that time of year again!!! Law Soc are going on TOUR, and that includes you and me. From bowling to bars to beer pong, you don’t want to miss an EXCITING highlight in your uni experience.

Renowned for its Geordie friendliness, Newcastle is a city where you won’t feel lost for long. The Toon offers you the best bars, quirky hangouts and notorious nights. The only thing about Newcastle that struggles to be good is the football team.

We will be hosted by Eurohostel whilst visiting Newcastle. Eurohostel has an excellent central location, only a short walk from a variety of day activities, bars and food outlets. Eurohostel offer free unlimited wifi, breakfast, lunch and dinner and a well equipped bar.

Options are limitless but on the Monday night we plan to be hitting DIGITAL club. This club offers 80p entry and loads of rooms and £1 drinks!! We will be pre-drinking in the hostel, making the perfect use of our VIP private lounges.

On Tuesday night, Bijoux is a must. 3 Trebles will cost you less than £6 (and if you are worried about carrying all 3 drinks… NECK ONE). We will then be going to the Waikiki event at House of Smith or Ill! Behaviour for Cosmic Ballroom.

It is not all about the booze however, there is much more going on. Lane7 will keep our touring party busy with bowling, crazy golf and beer pong. Re-fuel with wood-fired pizzas and a good cocktail menu. For things to do that are a less Geordie shore and a little more civilised, The Biscuit Factory is a cool art and crafts gallery set in an old warehouse and the Laing Art Gallery holds regularly changing exhibitions.

Unfortunately there are only limited spaces available. Make sure you’re the lucky ones who manage to get your limited tickets quick enough!! I mean, what’s a better way to celebrate the end of half a term than travelling through the city and finally relaxing?
